How does sildenafil work?
Sildenafil blocks PDE5, an enzyme that restricts blood flow, allowing blood vessels to relax and widen. This increases blood flow to the penis, making it easier to get and maintain an erection when you're sexually aroused.
How do I take it?
Sildenafil comes in a small tablet you can take with or without food. For daily use, take one low-dose tablet at the same time each day so you're always ready when the moment strikes.
