Dr Shah, graduated from Pramukh Swami Medical College in India. Dr Shah is dual Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Sleep Medicine. He completed his Residency at RWJ Barnabas Health, Jersey City Medical Center in Internal Medicine. He completed his Fellowship training at Hackensack Meridian-JFK Neuroscience Center, in Sleep Medicine. Dr Shah has works as an Internist in the setting of outpatient Adult Medicine and Primary care, and as a Sleep Specialist. He has experience in treating patients with a vast range of disorders ranging from Hypertension, Diabetes, Autoimmune disorders, asthma, COPD, Anxiety, depression, chronic complexity disorders, Obesity management, preventive care, Insomnia, parasomnia, Narcolepsy and Sleep related breathing disorders in adults and children. He has achieved merits with honor awards from the President and Secretary of the Senate and the NJSS Service Award for outstanding patient care experience and his contribution to medicine. He has extensive research experience at Columbia University Medical Center and several authored Publications. He believes communication, mutual understanding, trust, having positive objective outcomes during his patient encounters.
