Dr. Jennifer Clements MD

Jennifer Clements MD, MSEd, Dipl- ABOM, ABOIM, NBHWC is a physician who is passionate about lifestyle as medicine. She believes that food, activity, and maintaining a healthy weight are key components of medical care and disease prevention. Dr. Clements is board- certified in obesity medicine, integrative medicine, and emergency medicine. She is also a board-certified health coach and has a master’s degree in exercise science. She has worked at two major hospital systems and is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame, The University of Kansas, and the University of Arizona Integrative Medicine Fellowship. Dr. Clements enjoys meeting with any and all people who want to work on lifestyle change to improve both immediate and long-term health and weight management goals. A Kansas City native, Dr. Clements currently resides in the Savannah, Georgia area. She enjoys cooking, running, and spending time with both her husband and French bulldog, Chloe.
