My philosophy as a clinician is to focus on healthful behaviors and teach my clients to appreciate, trust, and care for their bodies compassionately and non-judgmentally. I reject the notion of strict nutrition rules and believe you can celebrate food while establishing health-promoting behaviors that fit into your lifestyle and support your body. I am a University of Northern Colorado graduate in Dietetics and Nutrition. I also have a degree in Communications from the University of Iowa and completed my dietetic internship with the highest commendations at Cedar Crest College in Allentown, PA. I specialize in pre-and post-menopausal women but have experience with all demographics. I look forward to working with you!
