Meet Charity Nwoko, MSN, APRN, FNP-C Hi, I’m Charity! I’m a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years of nursing experience and more than two years as an advanced practice provider. I currently care for patients in outpatient settings and also have experience providing care through telemedicine. I have a special interest in weight management and completed a 180-hour clinical rotation focused on obesity care, nutrition, lifestyle changes, and medications such as semaglutide and tirzepatide My approach is simple: I want my patients to feel heard, supported, and never judged. I believe weight management is a personal journey, and I enjoy working with each patient to create a realistic plan tailored to their health, goals, and lifestyle.
