Hi, I'm Clémentine, and I'm so glad you're here. Taking the first step toward improving your health isn't always easy. Whether you're just beginning your journey, starting a GLP-1 medication, or working through challenges along the way, you don't have to navigate it alone. My goal is to help you build the knowledge, confidence, and sustainable habits that create lasting change. Originally from France, my journey has taken me through Japan, Switzerland, Canada, and now Arizona. Along the way, I completed professional training in Psychology and Naturopathy before becoming a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC). I also pursued advanced training in integrative nutrition, functional health, biomarker-informed care, and women's health. This combination allows me to bring together the science of behavior change with a whole-person perspective, helping women better understand their bodies while creating practical, sustainable changes that fit their everyday lives. I have a particular passion for supporting women through every stage of adulthood, especially those navigating hormonal health, metabolic health, digestive wellness, healthy aging, and the transitions of perimenopause and menopause. I believe lasting health begins with understanding. Rather than simply telling you what to do, I want to help you understand the "why" behind each recommendation so you can make informed decisions with confidence. Together, we'll explore your nutrition, daily habits, sleep, stress, movement, and routines to identify practical strategies that support your health goals and fit realistically into your life. GLP-1 medications can be an incredibly valuable tool for improving health and creating momentum, but they are only one part of the journey. They can also bring new challenges, from managing side effects and maintaining good nutrition to navigating emotional eating, changing routines, or working through plateaus. My role is to help you make the most of this opportunity by supporting you as you build sustainable habits that can continue benefiting your health for years to come.
