Cristina Dela Cruz

I am board certified in both Internal Medicine and Lifestyle Medicine. Born and raised in the Philippines, I pursued further medical training at Corewell Health/Michigan State University in Grand Rapids. After completing my residency, my family and I moved to Oregon, where I spent eleven years in primary care and served as clinic medical director for several years. We later relocated to sunny California. I am deeply committed to the comprehensive and compassionate care of adults, with a special focus on those managing metabolic disease. Outside of work, I enjoy life with my husband, a sports medicine physician, and our two young, active children. My special interests include the Blue Zones philosophy, traveling, and cooking plant-based meals—passions that inspire both my personal life and professional practice.
