Donna Michael

Donna Michael was born on the island of Nassau, Bahamas. Her humble beginnings included pathfinder activities such as camping, swimming and hiking. She attended Bahamas Adventist Academy for high school, and colleges included Northern Caribbean University in Jamaica, Andrews University in Berrien Springs, MI and Texas Woman's University in Houston, TX. To name a few... Donna has worked in the field of food and nutrition at several hospitals and universities in Houston, TX and Atlanta, GA including Houston Methodist, Memorial Hermann and Clear Lake Regional Hospitals, University of Houston and Emory University Hospital. After an extensive career as a clinical dietitian, clinical nutrition manager, adjunct nutrition professor and food service director, Donna has joined Aramark's dietetic internship program as the regional director. Her professional goal is to mentor dietetic interns in making a difference in the ever-changing world of nutrition trends, food service management and clinical practice while preparing them to become future dietitians. Donna is also the proud parent of one daughter, Robyn Michael, who is currently working as a Registered Nurse at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, Texas.
