Hi, I'm Emily (she/her), a mid-size, neurodivergent, and queer registered dietitian with a Master of Science in Nutrition Interventions, Behavior Change, and Communications from Tufts University (2019) and a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from Tulane University (2015). I'm also currently completing my Eating Disorders Certificate at Lewis and Clark University. Over the past 5 years in outpatient nutrition care, I've built my practice around creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel genuinely seen and supported — regardless of their history with food, their body, or healthcare. My approach centers on health-promoting behaviors rather than restriction or perfection. I help clients quiet the mental chatter around food — what many people know as "food noise" — and build a more peaceful, sustainable relationship with eating. Drawing on my background in behavior change and communications, I focus on practical strategies that fit real life: self-talk reframing, reducing food-related anxiety, and reconnecting with your body's cues. I believe that when the noise quiets, it becomes much easier to make choices that genuinely support how you feel and function. I bring a weight-inclusive, Health at Every Size® (HAES®) lens to my work, which means I prioritize your wellbeing, energy, and quality of life over any single number or outcome. I'm especially passionate about supporting clients who have felt dismissed or marginalized in healthcare settings — you deserve care that meets you where you are, honors your unique needs and identities, and actually works with your life. When I'm not in sessions, you'll find me thrifting, road-tripping with my dogs Bubbie (a senior shorkie) and Siggy (an Aussie puppy), and embracing my own ongoing body acceptance journey.
