I love getting to know the whole person, not just their lab results or medication list. Outside of work, I’m a mom, foodie, traveler, and someone who genuinely enjoys staying active—whether that means working out, playing pickleball, cooking something new, or planning my next adventure. I know firsthand how busy life can get, and I love helping my patients find realistic, sustainable ways to prioritize their health.
