Jannette Bautista, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with experience in telehealth, wellness medicine, weight management, neurology, allergy/immunology, and aesthetic dermatology. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Tampa and is passionate about helping patients improve their health through evidence-based, individualized care. Jannette believes that wellness extends beyond the number on a scale and focuses on creating sustainable lifestyle changes that support long-term health, confidence, and overall well-being. Her diverse clinical background allows her to take a comprehensive approach to patient care, emphasizing education, prevention, and personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual's goals. She is committed to building strong patient relationships and providing compassionate, judgment-free care throughout each patient's health journey. Outside of work, Jannette enjoys Pilates, strength training, traveling, and spending time with family, friends, and her dogs.
