While I have experience in all aspects of family medicine, over the last few years I have specialized in Women's Health, Mental & Behavioral Health, and Weight Loss. I am passionate about finding healthcare solutions for the whole person, rather than only the illness or diagnosis. I hope to empower patients to be partners in their healthcare plans in order to address their specific goals. When I'm not practicing, I am constantly fixing a historic home (it never ends!), keeping a grumpy cat out of the houseplants (this also never ends), traveling to corners of the world, eating good food, and telling great stories!
