Hi! I’m Meghan, a Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in medical weight management, obesity medicine, bariatric surgery, nutrition, and overall health and wellness. I’m passionate about helping patients improve their health in a way that feels realistic, sustainable, and personalized to their individual needs. My approach to care goes beyond the number on the scale. I believe successful weight management involves understanding the whole person, including nutrition, lifestyle, hormones, sleep, stress, medications, medical history, and the many other factors that can influence weight and overall well-being. I also have a special interest in women’s health, metabolic health, longevity, and helping patients feel their best through different stages of life. Whether you’re just beginning your weight loss journey, working through a plateau, managing medication side effects, or transitioning into long-term maintenance, I’ll work with you to develop a plan that makes sense for you.
