Dr. Cieslak is a board certified Family Medicine Physician who has been practicing for more than 10 years. She attended Michigan State University for her Undergraduate degree and then A.T. Still University of Osteopathic Medicine in Arizona for medical school. After attaining her degree as an Osteopathic Physician, she completed her training as a Family Medicine Physician as a Naval Officer at Fort Belvoir Community Hospital. She continued to serve 8 years in the U.S. Navy serving two operational tours and one deployment. Since completing her years in the military, she has served as a travel physician filling the needs of communities in need of a physician and caring for many underserved populations across the United States. Over the years, Dr. Cieslak has developed special interests in weight management and obesity, behavioral health treatments, chronic pain, and complementary and alternative medicine. internship as an officer in the Navy at Fort Belvoir Community Hospital in Virginia. Between her intern year and completing her residency, she served as both a Battalion and Regimental Surgeon with Naval Construction units in California, with one deployment to the Pacific. She returned to Fort Belvoir Community hospital and completed her Family Medicine Residency.
