I'm a healthcare professional driven by a deep passion for inspiring and educating patients to live their healthiest and happiest lives, bringing both clinical expertise and genuine compassion to every patient interaction. I have 13 years of total nursing experience, including 5 years practicing as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN), 3 of which have been in telemedicine, expanding access to quality care beyond the walls of a traditional clinic. I specialize in chronic disease management, with a particular focus on obesity medicine, as well as hypertension, type 2 diabetes, and hyperlipidemia. My practice also includes treating rashes and skin infections, providing women's hormone replacement therapy, and addressing a wide range of common primary care needs. Prior to becoming an APRN, I worked at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston as a float nurse across a wide range of patient populations, developing the adaptability and broad clinical skill set that comes from working in diverse care settings. Outside of my professional life, I live an active and adventurous life, finding balance and joy through hiking, practicing yoga, and exploring the outdoors. I took up skiing in my 30s, and I have a love for exploring national parks and traveling internationally. My 16-year-old cat has become quite the travel companion, and has journeyed with me to 31 states and even joined me on a cross-country road trip.
