Tanisha A. Bowen, MSN, MHA, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 16 years of clinical experience. Her focus in medical weight management is informed by a broad background in primary care, chronic disease management, cardiology, and patient education. She works to understand each patient’s health history and goals and support an individualized approach to sustainable progress and overall well-being. Tanisha earned a Master of Science in Family Nurse Practitioner from Long Island University, a Master of Science in Nursing and Health Administration from the University of Phoenix, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Medgar Evers College, and an Associate Degree in Science from Montefiore School of Nursing. Her career has included roles in pain management, cardiology, emergency medicine, home-based infusion care, and nursing leadership. Tanisha is also the founder of ZenSational Wellness, LLC in Carle Place, NY. In addition to medical weight management, the practice offers IV hydration and vitamin therapy, aesthetic services, body contouring, and concierge wellness care.
