Tory is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) who completed her master’s degree in Nutrition and her Dietetic Internship at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Tory found her passion for food, health, and helping others through years of working on small vegetable farms in college while studying Secondary Education. Tory focuses on creating judgment-free and productive spaces to ensure her clients feel comfortable pursuing any health or wellness-related goal while maintaining, or beginning to cultivate, a healthy relationship with food. Currently, Tory lives in Detroit, Michigan with her husband, two german shepherd dogs, and cat.
