It’s our priority to ensure our patients get the care they need without worrying about surprise bills. We uphold a $0 guarantee on all these extra services – there will never be any added membership charges, copays, or deductibles associated with these Wellness Plus benefits.

When you enter your insurance information, we’ll determine if you have an insurance plan that’s in-network with us. If that’s the case, you’ll qualify for Wellness Plus and you can start taking advantage of these extra benefits. Your insurance should cover all these services, but in the exceptional case that they deny coverage after we submit the claim, we’ll always cover the cost and never charge you for these added services.

How Do You Qualify For Wellness Plus?

These benefits are available for Mochi Health patients with in-network insurance. We’ll check your eligibility when you submit or update your insurance details in the portal. You might need to switch to a provider or dietitian that your insurance covers. If so, you’ll receive instructions directly in the patient portal.
