Meredith Meadows is a medical student at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus, where she is pursuing her MD and expects to graduate in Spring 2027. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from the University of California, Davis, graduating summa cum laude.

Meredith is passionate about emergency medicine and has a strong interest in point-of-care ultrasound, acute care, and improving patient outcomes in high-acuity settings. She is actively involved in emergency medicine research and leadership, with work focused on ultrasound applications, patient care innovation, and the social factors that impact health in the emergency department.

Through her writing, Meredith is committed to translating complex medical information into clear, practical, and evidence-based guidance. Meredith has experience developing easy-to-understand medical materials for geriatric patients at the Rocky Mountain Region VA Medical Center and is excited to bring this patient-centered communication approach to Mochi. Her goal is to empower patients with accessible health education and support informed, confident decision-making about their care.
