Here’s what you need to know:

Your Mochi Health or Wellness Plus membership must match or exceed the duration of the medication supply you’re ordering. 

• For a 3-month supply, you'll need at least a 3-month Mochi Health or Wellness Plus membership.

• For a 6-month supply, you'll need at least a 6-month Mochi Health or Wellness Plus membership.

No need to manually update your subscription – our care team will handle all adjustments for you during the call.

Once you've purchased your 3-mo or 6-mo medication subscription, all you need to do is request your refill each month in the portal. This will allow us to confirm the correct dose for that month and provide each month's supply from a recent batch – so that you're always using medications in line with their BUD timeline.

Prefer to request online? Here's a step-by-step guide:

1. Log in to your portal. Not a member? Sign up today to see if you're eligible and book your first visit.

2. In the "Home" section, click on "Create a Refill Request."

3. Click on "Choose dosage for this medication."

4. Open the "Supply" dropdown menu and pick the duration you want to order (28, 84, or 168 days).

5. Complete and submit the rest of your refill request as you normally would.

6. Check your "Action Center" for a notification. We may ask you for additional information to verify your refill request.

7. If your Mochi Health or Wellness Plus subscription needs to be updated, a member of our care team will reach out to you to confirm.
   Why? Your Mochi Health or Wellness Plus subscription must match or exceed the duration of the medication supply you’re ordering. For example, you need at least a 6-month health membership to order a 6-month subscription of medication.

As soon as your provider approves, the pharmacy will prepare your order and ship each month of medication directly to your doorstep!

If you've recently started treatment,you are likely still in the process of titrating up to your optimal dose, During the titration phase, dose adjustments are often necessary each month as you work with your provider to establish your maximum dose.
