You’ll still continue to have the same access to your care team and be able to receive GLP-1 medications prescribed by your provider. What’s more, we’re focused on making your experience better and getting back to meeting or exceeding your expectations. Our partner pharmacies have made big improvements in getting orders out on time, and they’re close to fully clearing the remaining order backlog. We’ve also streamlined our integrations with them to speed up order processing and finally enabled tracking updates in the patient portal. We’re doing our best to cut down wait times for messages and calls, too. Our support team is working around the clock, and we’re bringing on more team members to make sure you get the help you need, when you need it.
